How We Decide Where to Send a Tech First
When multiple calls come in around the same time, dispatch weighs a few things.
That includes how long a truck has already been sitting, whether the load is time sensitive, and which tech is physically closest to the breakdown.
A call from a truck stop off I-45 in Hutchins might get a faster response than one on a quieter side street.
That's simply because more of our trucks run that corridor regularly, and one is often already close by.
The Highways That Shape Our Coverage
I-35E and I-35W carry traffic north and south through the western and central Metroplex.
I-30 runs east to west through the mid-cities and out past Rockwall.
I-20 runs through the southern corridor toward Grand Prairie and Weatherford.
I-45 carries freight south out of Dallas through Hutchins toward Houston.
US-80 and US-287 cover a lot of the traffic on the eastern and southern edges of our coverage area.
